Who We Treat
We care for patients with a wide range of conditions including major depressive disorder with suicidal ideations, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post traumatic stress disorder, among others.
Multidisciplinary Care Team
Our care team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, certified peers & care managers. Patients have access to 24/7 crisis support throughout the program.
Personalized Care Plans
Our clinicians work with patients to create personalized treatment plans centered on evidence-based and recovery-oriented care.
What to expect
Initial Assessment
- Sign up for an assessment for the same or next day, which you can complete from the comfort of home.
- During this initial assessment, you will meet with a therapist and a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner. They will work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your clinical needs and personal preferences.
Ongoing Care
- Your treatment program will span 8 to 12 weeks and you can meet with the same clinicians throughout the full program.
- Your treatment program will include a personalized combination of the following, as needed:
- Medication management
- Therapy, including Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidality (CAMS) for patients with suicidal ideation
- Recovery coaching
- Care management
Connection to Community
- Our clinical and care management teams will work hand-in-hand with you to connect you to the most appropriate next level of care post discharge from Willow’s program.
