Willow Health is proud to partner with Alliance Health, Johnston County, and Osier Health, PC, to provide the community with access to providers for high-quality virtual behavioral health urgent care.

Through this partnership, anyone experiencing an urgent mental health need has access to immediate intensive support  — no referral needed, no waiting weeks or months, and no barriers to care.

We're actively working to expand our network across North Carolina to include a wider range of health insurance providers for people outside of Johnston County.

Am I Eligible?

Johnston County residents 18 and older are eligible for fully covered behavioral health urgent care through this partnership. Willow Health supports a wide range of conditions, including bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD, and more.

How is care covered for Johnston County residents?

Through the partnership with Alliance Health and Johnston County, online behavioral health urgent care services are covered for Johnston County residents. This means you can access care regardless of your ability to pay, and Willow Health will bill your insurance or find other approaches to payment. If medication is prescribed, individuals are responsible for the cost of their prescriptions. However, our team can help connect patients with manufacturer assistance programs and other resources that may help cover out-of-pocket medication costs.

Willow Health's clinic is open Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM ET. New patients can often be seen the same or next day after referral.

Your care team may include psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, care managers, and certified peer support specialists, depending on your individual needs. All professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with Osier Health, an independently owned and operated professional practice.
