Dr. Whitley Lassen, PsyD, MBA

Dr. Whitley Lassen, PsyD, MBA is a licensed clinical psychologist and Head of Operations at Willow Health, where she leads the development and implementation of a virtual crisis care program expanding access to affordable, high-quality crisis behavioral health care.

She began her career managing IOP and crisis programs in the Psychiatry Department at Kaiser Permanente, where she led multidisciplinary teams and improved patient access and outcomes. She has since held leadership roles at PsychHub, K Health, and Amae Health, bringing together clinical, operational, and product strategy to scale evidence-based care.

Dr. Lassen’s dual background in psychology and business enables her to bridge clinical integrity and organizational strategy—ensuring that innovative behavioral health systems are both patient-centered and operationally sound.
