Group Therapy with Willow Health

Group therapy is skill-based and led by licensed mental health professionals.

Sessions use evidence-basedapproaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), shown toreduce mental health symptoms — including thoughts of suicide.

In group therapy, you’ll learn practical ways to manage symptoms, regulate emotions, and navigate difficult or overwhelming moments. Sessions focus on stabilization, prevention, and whole-person recovery, supporting your emotional, mental, and relational well-being over time.
