You will have the chance to schedule a free info call with a member of our team. Calls can typically be scheduled within 48 hours.

What happens during the info call?

We will share more about the services we provide, help you verify your insurance coverage and answer any questions you have.

How fast can I be seen?

Free info calls are typically scheduled within 48 hours. For patients that decide to proceed with care, intake appointments with our clinical team can typically be scheduled same or next day as the info call.

Do you take Medicaid?

Yes, Willow currently accepts New York State Medicaid and Fidelis’ Medicaid plans, with additional Medicaid coverage coming soon. We will help you verify insurance coverage during your free info call.

Is Willow long-term therapy?

Willow is short-term, intensive care, typically lasting 2-3 months. Before the end of the program, our team will support you in transitioning to longer-term care if desired.

Will I see the same clinicians?

When possible, you will meet with the same clinicians throughout the program to support continuity.
